Salutations, I don't know how many have had this problem before, and I'm not sure if writing about it would help, but I'd like to try and ask for help anyway, as I'm not much of a techie. What happened was that when I had started a new game and exited Doc Mitchel's house, I experienced some interface problem. Interface problems such as when I search a container, the whole interface menu would be jumbled up and I can't interact with any of the items. Another issue was that the pause menu would be gone, as shown in the attached files. At first, I thought I just needed to verify the game files on Steam, but even after doing so, I still get the same problem. And soon afterwards, my autosave and quicksave files disappear. I don't know if anyone ever has this issue before, with interfaces bugging out and save files being corrupted, and I doubt asking about it would help, but does anyone know what might be going on? Does it have anything to do with some of the mods I installed? But more importantly, is there a way to fix this? The computer I'm using to play New Vegas at the moment is a Dell Latitude E7450 14" FHD Laptop (Intel Core i5-5300u 2.3GHz, 8GB RAM, 256GB SSD, Windows 10 Pro, Webcam) and this is my load order as shown below.
