[Question about fresh install]

Greetings,

 

Back in June, I've posted about the interface and UI bugging out when starting a new playthrough of New Vegas. I have not been able to fix it since then, and I've pretty much tried everything from uninstalling mods that I don't need and verifying the game cache. I'm thinking of doing a clean install of the whole game, and I was wondering if all the mods I have on my Vortex account will still be there, or would I have to reinstall them one-by-one by looking through my mod download history? Also, how would you properly do a clean install of the game?

 

I'm not that much of an expert in modding, so I hope someone will be able to provide me some answers. Let me know if you need any clarification in terms of the question I've asked. Thanks.

[Interface Bugging Out and Save Files Disappearing/Corrupted]

I don't know how many have had this problem before, and I'm not sure if writing about it would help, but I'd like to try and ask for help anyway, as I'm not much of a techie. What happened was that when I had started a new game and exited Doc Mitchel's house, I experienced some interface problem. Interface problems such as when I search a container, the whole interface menu would be jumbled up and I can't interact with any of the items. Another issue was that the pause menu would be gone, as shown in the attached files.

 

 

 

 

At first, I thought I just needed to verify the game files on Steam, but even after doing so, I still get the same problem. And soon afterwards, my autosave and quicksave files disappear.

 

I don't know if anyone ever has this issue before, with interfaces bugging out and save files being corrupted, and I doubt asking about it would help, but does anyone know what might be going on? Does it have anything to do with some of the mods I installed? But more importantly, is there a way to fix this?

 

The computer I'm using to play New Vegas at the moment is a Dell Latitude E7450 14" FHD Laptop (Intel Core i5-5300u 2.3GHz, 8GB RAM, 256GB SSD, Windows 10 Pro, Webcam) and this is my load order as shown below.
