I been lookin into mods that spawn npcs, including enemy npcs & while I have found some that did allow you to spawn common/legendary enemy npcs, I haven't seen any mods that can spawn npcs like Red Tourette for example. Was wondering if it is possible to create a mod that allows those kinds of unique enemy npcs to spawn again on PS4. Would be grateful for any replies. Thank you for your time readin this. (I dont just want a mod that you can (re)spawn common enemies but unique ones like Ryder or Red Tourette.)
