To anyone reading and want to respond. I managed to fix the problem by juggling back and forth a bit with setstage and setobjectivecompleted in console. Maybe this can be useful for someone else. Mods, feel free to delete this thread if u please.

Hi, im stuck at stage 10 on Chasing Echoes. The Journal says that I should talk to Serana, but she have no new dialogue for me. I have tried to bypass to stage 20 with setstage. That don't work, and if I setstage 30, I still dont get to progress the quest because I don't have a key to the "hidden back entrance" at castle Volkihar. Resetting the quest don't seem to do anything really. I have googled and I can't find anything on this specific problem, only for later on in the same quest.
