  6. hi all Apologies if this idea has been tried before, but here goes.. Am I the only one who finds crafting tedious because you are forced out of the workbench/loading bench/ campfire etc after each item you make? Is it a limitation of the game engine that you can't craft several different items before closing the window? If so - goshdarnnit! z
  7. hi I'm tinkering with an ammo crafting mod and was wondering if anyone would like to share their thoughts on what would make a reasonable recipe for crafting ammo case boxes? Currently I have a provisional recipe set at: Reqs: Repair 50 + Handloader 5 Scrap Metal + 1 Wonderglue = 1 Case Box I dont want it too easy (ie. cheat style) but not too demanding either. And logical enough to remember. Also I think there should be variation for different ammo calibers. Maybe 4 tiers: Light - BB, .22LR etc Medium - 9mm, 357mm etc Heavy - 308, 12.7 etc Shotgun - 12ga + 20ga Shells Or alternatively (and perhaps more simply), mirror the Primer types. tia z

  9. hi Apologies if this has been answered elsewhere. Is there any possibility of having scrollbars enabled for the crafting menus, and perhaps a smaller font size too? This would save a great deal of wear and tear on both mouse wheels and fingertips. Since no one has developed this idea I'm guessing there may be a technical reason why we haven't seen a mod with this feature, but hey ho.... z

  11. Apologies if someone has already come up with a fix for this... I'm thinking about crafted items that have been enchanted by the player. How about a protection flag that can be applied to items to keep them off the list of items available for meltdown at a smelter? Or, alternatively just being able to see the custom name given to an item during enchanting. Then at least you'll be able to identify any special items. z
