Can someone please make a Hellboy mod? Just like in Devil May Cry 5 where they used the Injustice skin for Hellboy.

Can someone make a mod outfit/skin for the female character? Emily Kaldwin from Dishonored 2 Deathloop: Julianna Blake Dr. Wenjie Evans Fia Zborowska Harriet Morse

Not my place to say it since I myself have no idea how to create a mod, but most of these character mods being created have been so disappointing for a game like this. There are great ones, but the difference between amazing characters are not even close to the wacky ones.
