Same here, first then I did when I got on my PC was try to enter chat, I keep forgetting why that tab isn't open, second nature to be in chat now.

According to the ENB forums it might actually be an issue with GeForce Experience 2.1.2, you could try downgrading to 2.1.1 or uninstalling GeForce Experience entirely.
