Update: Did some troubleshooting and it seems to happen when i coc to the outside of winterhold or generally load it. It only seems to happen if i generally load it if the survival popup has shown up yet. If i disabled survival mode prior to loading winterhold by cocing to the frozen hearth and walking outside, I still have sound. Not sure what is happening, could really use help from anyone who might know what is going on. There could be other zones other than winterhold effected but that is all I tested right now.

I have been having a problem were whenever I load into a new cell after loading the game, one of two things happens to the audio: Either it cuts out completely or the loading screen music keeps playing after loading into the new cell and no other sounds can be heard. It seems this happens with loading into the outside Skyrim cell the most but it also happens fairly frequently with inside cells. I am running Skyrim Special Edition updated to the Anniversary edition update but I have not bought the full creation club anniversary edition version, just that it's version 1.6 and I have the fishing and other free s*** installed. Also the sound stays cut out until I close the game and relaunch it. If it cuts out to the loading music getting stuck with no other sounds playing then it can also cut out completely when I load a new cell. I also checked to make sure this is a mod issue and not some Skyrim quirk by loading completely vanilla skyrim and trying to reproduce it, which I couldn't so I am pretty sure that this is a mod issue.
