I've been looking for a fix for this for the longest time as well, hopefully someone out there can do it, so here's to a hopeful bump.

If you've aquired Azura's Star you've probably been bothered by the fact that guard's constantly say "Is that...is that Azura's star?" as if they can see it on your person. So I think it would be kind of cool (especially for mage type characters) to have it somehow equiped on your character, like on a satchel area or something or maybe your shoulder, kind of like the Fractal Capacitor http://wiki.guildwars2.com/wiki/Prototype_Fractal_Capacitor in Guild Wars 2. Just a thought.
