Just a EVGA Mouse util, Radeon Pro, MySQL, and Steam. None of these things interfer with Skyrim itself or any of my other apps. Edit: I ended up fixing it. Something in my game directory was causing the editor to crash. I installed Creation Kit on a separate drive and copied over the base esps and esms. Everything works now.

I let it sit for 10 minutes. It was still in the same state. I have MSE running in the background. I don't really want to disable my AV just for Creation Kit though.

Whenever I launch the Creation Kit it just freezes up on the "Initializing Windows..." prompt. When I check task manager I see that it is using a full core and is maxed out on memory for a 32-bit program. This is completely clean install of Creation Kit. I tried debugging with Visual Studio but the program doesn't actually throw any exceptions. It's just stuck in an infinite loop doing something. Has anyone seen this problem before?
