The console never seems to work on Win7. For Oblivion, Skycaptain's Ring of Console is the best fix I've found. Are there any mods for accessing the console in Morrowind? LegoManIAm94's Morrowind Custom Script Ring is the closest I see, but it requires use of the Construction Set and only holds few scripts. Are there other options? In the end, if it can be used to unbug quests, I'm happy. Thanks, everyone.
