Yeah the voices for the companions are custom voiced and you can see them work in many videos showing them, the mods are also a simple install and play with no finessing of any files in questions, everything should be working fine and dandy but for some reason my game is refusing to work with me.

I'm having an issue with Ellen the cartographer and the Heather Casdin companions where trying to talk with them their lips don't move and I don't hear their voices at all and I know they're talking because I have subtitles set on so I can read the text. I've tried troubleshooting this the best I can with no luck. I've tried verifying integrity of the game, two reinstalls of the game, checked that the voice settings in the ini are in fact correctly set to voices.ba2 in the my documents section, multiple uninstall and reinstalls of the mods themselves. I'm at a loss here as what exactly is the issue.
