It is not a request, but worth mentioning... Building a Settlement is an issue and a game breaker for me atm... I sunk 40 hours into the game and the only thing that i simply glow red about is placement of the building materials... !!! Mod MUST be made to: -Be able to place material/object, even if it is clipping/red. -Horizontal rotation -Snapping objects on/off

I agree !!! We need this mod ASAP... Option "NO SNAP" - disable snap to objects and "NO CLIP" - place objects even when they are RED.

It is there already. on PC when you select object hold E and you can move it with small mouse movements... What i WANT is option to turn SNAPPING off and "no clip mode" so i can place items even when they are red.
