Oh man this, this, a thousand times this. I spent most of my time playing Oblivion desperately trying not to get into fights. When I did they ended up taking ten minutes of my time even for lowly roadside thieves because they were just that much stronger than me (and I had to run away while taking cheap potshots with wimpy fireballs to kill them, all the while aggro-ing three other enemies). It took me till 3/4's of the way through the Main Quest before I finally found myself able to take on most enemies. By that time I had gotten an invisibility spell and I walked through all the necessary dungeons and avoided most unecessary ones. It really. REALLY. Ruined the experience for me (the leveling did, not the spell. The spell made the Oblivion gates bearable, specially the timed one.) Fallout 3 I see a war between super mutants and Enclave and I walk right into the middle of it and kill everyone without a sweat. Maybe Fallout makes it too easy, but I prefer that over living in fear of exploring the game. I don't know man. if you tweak oblivion its load of fun. There are several mods to fix the problem you had.(even though Fallout is fun but for me Oblivion was more enjoyble) That's just my opinion

I just started playing and i have skipped rather big quests in the game by mistake. This is not good :verymad: . if i can break quests by exploration. that take away the fun and makes the game small ... the game doesn't have that many quests anyways

Hi, Just started playing Fallout 3 yesterday. (I am a die hard fan of Oblivion). I kind of feel the game is little harder. i am always out of ammo. money. (I am at level 4 ) everywhere i go somebody is trying to kill me. and what's with the hunter guys sometimes thay attck you without any reson and sometimes they are friendly ..... why is that i am seriously out of money and ammo and i dont want to steal. can.t proceed with the quest , give me some tips on how to proceed

Hi guys, I was installing some mods. and lost some of the Meshes (Imperial guards armour and weapons)how to get them back, don't even understand how it has happened. I am using all the mods stated in the new Boss list in the same sequence. but lot of them are not working. :confused:

I have used TNR found it quite good, is beautiful people better. which one has advantage over the other. Please suggest me safest combo of body, face and hair mod. which could be used with multiple mods.

The quest started when i was doing some other quest . I have lost the old beggar (who initiates the quest) .where to find him.

But don't you people think that will make the game more interesting or something .... lot of people have raised this (but didn't asked for a mod though ).

HiGuys , can we use all three of these (De parallaxer,Streamline and Operation optimizer) , or tell me which are compatible ? :confused:

Yep... and there is also one bonus quest Redemption with that..

this is way off topic man. we are dicussing ... Mod that make you more respected among Cyrodil.

I will tell you, what all i am using Cant post the OBMM screen shot (Game at home, I am in Office) The quest mods are:- 1. Windfall 2. Legends of the north 3. Tears of Fiend 4. Gates to asgaurd epi-1 5. Ruined Tale 6. Heart of the dead 7. The lost Spires That's it rest of the mods dont have nay quest attached.

No man seriously, my fame was like 125 and my infamy was 2 still this was being told to me by those Stupid AI Cyrodil people. who dont appreciate their savior...

Ya i did we are bound to do some or the other mistake... but what about my huge famei still should get respect.

Although i love this game a lot. I will tell few things i don't like about the game 1. Psychic gaurds. 2. Lack of respect. 3. Same voices. 4. Same type of structures. 5. Martin (I hate his faceand the fact that we save the world and he gets to be the king). 6 Rewards for beginers are really measly. now i am high level and everthing is too much.

Can somebody make a respect mod for the game. This is kind of funny... I was doing the mission for the mod "Legend of the North" where we had to kill the Huge Wolf after that instead of going to the abandoned shack i got confused and went to a structure next to it (from some other mod). there i found lot of champion goblins. i killed them i moved to a big hall where i thought the ice king would be. instead i found a big creature with a flaming sword. ( whole time, while trying to kill it i was thinking what kind of a goofy guy will name a fire demon the ice king) after i killed it, i got a really cool (I mean hot) flaming claymore and a very wierd looking gem of some sort really expensive. Later i found ot that i went into the wrong place LOLz and ice king was a baby in front of what i killed. :whistling: got the awesome treasure Now tell me guys if you know ..... what did i kill ? it was smaller than the white werewolf but really powerful. texture was like fire atranoch.

I don't know what to do. after i found the murdered family the old guy is following me. i want to get rid of him.. how to go ahead in quest. :wallbash: Edit: got it i was so near it but kept on skipping the place where i had to go... :biggrin:

Sorry dont have the answer just wanted to keep this thread in loop, so i could get keep conversation going on it.. This mod is real interesting but has serious glitches. like Allecia is not an essential NPC and she dies in the first archeological dig mission and when allecia was dead i was still getting MSGs that "allecia wants to talk to you" that was wierd.. i had to decrease the game difficulty in order to save her from those tough zombies. what level are those anyways... am at level 21 my blade skills are 93 and i was still difficult to kill them.

Another set of questions 1. Can i use wyre bash if i use obmm. and how it differs. 2. Is there any sequence of installing unofficial patch cause i did it really late after installing most of the mods.
