Just entered Dragonreach and the chandeliers are also blue... Anyone got any tips?

So I got a problem with the standing chandeliers that have candles on them. The candles are alright but the stuff under it is bright blue also encounter it with a lower version.

As the title said, after the dragon attacks many active Stormclocks and Imperials including named attack me on sight, can anyone help me with this? See image for my mod-list.

Well tried some things out, and it was not they texture pack, had no problems with that, also not the retexture mods, I think it is maxwell world or xander that is messing everything up.

Thanks for your reply, my rig should be enough, fallout 4 in itself is already unstable sadly enough. And yeah thought the retexture mods were messing things up :(
