O k so i installed oblivion and when I go to my data file there are no mesh files or texture files so I can't load any texture mods or clothing mods can any one help me with this please?

I need help with Low Fps Problem. Hey People I'm having problems with low FPS, I only get a low count when a creature or other npc is on screen. also the game stutters on the main screen and in the beginning video when I start a new game. any Ideas? I was wondering if there are any tweeks I can do on my video card settings to fix this problem?
