I only use the mods that the guide told me to use and other people didn't have this problem. I tried turning off some weather mods but it didn't help.

I just downloaded Ultimate Skyrim and have a weird glitch when I go outside. Indoors everything looks just fine. I haven't found anyone with the same problems. My pc specs should be able to run it as I don't have any lag. It's just this weird effect. Thanks for your help either way :D
