Could someone please make a character of Neve Campbell and upload either a LooksMenu Preset or Save file? (Scream, Party of Five, The Craft, House of Cards, etc.) I'd prefer a minimum use of mods, but if you gotta, you gotta. I won't complain. Please and thank you! (Picture Below)

So I am trying to install this mod: https://www.nexusmods.com/fallout4/mods/21328/?tab=description But I just can't. I installed CBBE Nevernude, and want to install the mod above Nevernude. Whenever I try to install it, it starts for a split second, then says "Idle" The status says "a problem occurred during installation:" but nothing else. It doesn't give me any more information. NMM is running as an Administrator. Fallout 4s .ini file has already been edited. I've deleted and redownloaded the mod. I have restarted my computer. I have NMM excluded from my Antivirus program. Seriously, any help would be greatly appreciated.

I requested this Armor before, but I didn't get any results, I thought that was my fault because of what the request was named...so here it is again I want this armor made for UNPB, or CBBE...I am terrible with modding, so I can't make it myself. If anyone could make this armor...You'd be my Hero! Ok that's an over-statement, but I'd be REALLY Greatful Thanks a Million to whoever can make this have a great Day! :3
