LOOT or BOSS?

What does it mean my computer tells me the ''Application was not Found" after trying to install LOOT? Then LOOT does not install but only partially installs. If anyone knows please tell.

I also followed Gopher's modding tutorial for fallout three and have the exact same problem. Try installing LOOT if you haven't already. LOOT will basically sort your load order for you. However I can't get LOOT to install on my computer cause it says the application was not found. If you know how that fix that PLEASE tell me.
