  1. Just started playing. Nexusmodmanager. Turn on all plugins (I had a problem with better weapons and armor so downloaded Better armor manually) and Voila! Morrowind with updated everything. Playing now, I might download Morrowind comes alive eventually for some more atmosphere, but for now it's making me forget how I'm bored of Skyrim.
  2. I never do this but I am so blown away by the Mods and the ease that the nexusmod thingy worked I Just have to share this but I'll make it quick. Yadda yadda playing Skyrim forever, finally got tired of it and saw some Youtuber going on about Morrowind and how old school and awesome it is. I never finished Morrowind so I thought why not see how brutal the graphics are. Vanilla Morrowind was too depressing, but another Youtube video showed a mod with insane graphics. Never used a mod in my life. After a day of downloading and installing mod after mod from this site and playing with sketchy results, I finally stumbled on the plugins tab and saw many of the same names for the mods I had been using. Flash of lightning Elaine! Uninstalled all mods, checked all plugins, launched the game, and voila, I could not believe the work of the modding Community. It's ridiculous. The game looks brand new. It's enough to bring a damn tear to your eye. I am not one who can play a game that looks dated, and I can say I'll be playing this one for a while. Thank you to you crazy nuts who make mods and get no money for it. The nexusmod manager and the communities work on Morrowind is a game changer. I get to go back in time and finish what I started and it's not depressing, it's revelation. For free. /salute
