  1. Actually Oblivion only takes about 6GB of hard disk space. For some reason Windows thinks that Oblivion and plugins each take the 6GB space. For example my control panel shows that both Oblivion and construction set take 6GB but if you right click your Oblivion folder It shows you the real size wich in my case is about 7GB because of some mods.
  2. There are five of us working on the same mod. The mod is in its own worldspace. Now I'm tryig to merge all five esps into one esp using tes4gecko. First I tried using the merge plugins feature but it produced lots of duplicates since we all use same plugin. Then I tried using create patch and when I have the patch I applied the patch to one plugin. But when I opend the patched plugin in cs I got million errors saying: Cell (0000808b) Wilderness02 already exists at coord (0,0) Continue playing? If I click yes I get this: Error adding cell (0100ce6) to world space (0000003c). Cell will be destroyed. Then I checked with compare plugins feature and noticed that world space (0000003c) is Tamriel. But it shouldn't add anything to tamriel because this is in a new worldspace. What is the right way to merge plugins without getting duplicates?
  3. I'm working on a mod with my friend and we are having problems with esm files. I created an esm using tes4gecko from a esp my friend made. Then I loaded the esm in cs and started modding and saved the esp. The mod is in new worlspace but when I load the game land and buildings disappear. I read from cs wiki that there is this land bug but how can I avoid it? If we both work on the same esm is it good idea to merge the esp to that esm sometimes or just merge thos two esps together?
  4. I have created few weapons with blender and I exported the UV map painted it with gimp and opened it with blender and exported it to .nif. Then I used gimp to make a .dds an a normalmap out of the UV map. But when I try to open the .nif with nifscope nothing appears in nifscope. What do I need to do to get nifscope show my .nif.
  5. You have to extract the file you downladed and place the files to your oblivion data folder. Then activate the esp by opening Oblivion launcher the select data files and check the esp and it should work

  8. I had the same problem and I solved it by Placing the colred elsweyr map to load last using OBMM
  9. I´m not sure if there is a solution. I read somewhere that showracemenu can cause crashes. I would suggest that you start a new game in order to get those mod working properly. This is what is said about showracemenu in uesp wiki: WARNING: Using this menu will reset all of your skills to their default initial settings. (If you edit your race, instead of clicking "done" when you are done, leave the race menu open with the console up and save your game. When you reload it your race/looks will be changed like you wanted them to be and your skills will not be reset.) Using this command while wearing bound items may crash the game.
  10. I´m not sure if this is the right place for this topic. I´m trying to create a custom weapon for Oblivion. I created the weapon using Blender but I have problems creating the texture for the weapon. I have followed a couple tutorials that show how it is made but it just doesn´t work for me. Is there any other tool that would allow me to just paint to the model or an easy way to create the texture for the sword.
  11. I´m not expert in this but did you try to install oblivion patch 1.2.0.416 or SI patch 1.2.0.416. I have SI patch 1.2.0.416 and my Obmm runs perfectly.
  12. I did what you said and now they show up ingame, but now the weaponrack doesn´t work as container wich it should do to to display my weapons.
  13. I tried to modify muffins display rooms with automated weapon racks but only the canvas screen shows up ingame, all the weaponracks are missing. Then I tried to put these to a room I created but they doesn´t show up ingame, but before I added a weaponrack, I removed some items I added some time ago, and those items were gone just like they were supposed to, but the weaponrack I added doesn´t show up. The weapon room.esp was set active while I edited it and it is activated in data files. So why doesn´t the changes show ingame? Am I doing something wrong?
  14. I was creating a small mod for myself to display weapons and other stuff, but when I tested it the door doesn´t work. When I look at the door it doesn´t say anything. I linked the door to another door and clicked the view linked door button to see if it works and it worked but it doesn´t work ingame. Am I doing something wrong or forgot to do something? EDIT: I was able to use the door by going inside of it using tcl. How can I get it work normally EDIT2: I figured it out.
  15. I have tried that couple times but it doesen´t help, I´ll try it few more times but if it still doesen´t help, is it possible to use tcl to get through the door? EDIT: I read that and it said something about a monologue and not being able to enter before it ends, and some NPC coming from the door and getting killed by the guard. I didn´t notice any of those and I just could enter the door without listening any monologue.
  16. I went to the strange door and entered it. I talked to Haskill and told him I wanted to go to Shivering isles, the he goes to the door but then he just stands in front of the door and does nothing. How can I get there?
