i dropped everything i had and still slow. its like my character is stuck in half matrix, half wasteland.(lol) i think its one of the files in MY GAMES----> FALLOUT 3-------> INI, prefs, render info.

im pretty sure its not lag. when im running slow, the creatures run normal, and i die within seconds

everything else is normal. the npcs, explosions, everything. the only thing that is slow are the player actions. pipboy is ok, just not opening it/closing it. would this be a problem in the ini? i have lost the install disk and i had to get a nocd exe. but i do own the game so its not illegal

when i play fallout 3, my character runs in somesort of slowmotion. its making me mad because its not the game because the npcs can run normal, and the pipboy menu is normal. but the running, pulling out the pipboy, putting it away, reloading, switching guns, etc are super slow. could this be a problem in the ini?

i uninstalled then reinstalled oblivion and its still like that. i think i should just delete all my mods then reinstall fully. maybe that would fix it.
