Fixed it - had to tick the Force Rescan

How did you fix it?

So after playing around with a pirated copy with mods, I decided to buy the game, get the latest patch, and then mod the game from there. Problem is, while the game itself launches fine vanilla, any mod I use will cause the game to be stuck on the startup loading screen. Interesting thing to note is that on vanilla launches, the icon on the bottom right blinks really fast and then it finishes loading after 3-5 seconds. But with any mod installed, even with no mods and simply with the "Patch merged" folder in Update, the game refuses to load past the initial loading screen. Any tips? Running latest mod manager obviously
