Hi, I had a maybe similar problem: a constant "nightscope"look all the time (everything much too bright, because the nightscope amplifies brightness). Your view really looks like "reconscope" ... Solution for me: open console, type rimod 00094636 enter and this strange effect is gone. I could verify it some hours later, when it reappeared after using a gun with nightscope and I got rid of it immediately again with the above command. But you need to know the code of the reconscope... somewhere I found rimod 002041B6 But I think there are list with the codes for everything out here or you could find it in the "secret room". But maybe this all has been fixed in the 1.2 update, because I have never seen it again.
