ApachiiSky hair for NPC's seems to have been one of the issues. I think I just had to many high res Textures going. Things work.. for now :P Thanks for the FAQ's and readme's guys.

Problem: I get a CTD 15-20 min into a new game. If I made a save close to the CTD that save suffers from ILS. Saves earlier than that are ok. This is a new install, I recently deleted everything and started over a few days ago. I use alternate start so these CTD's and ILD happen at different places in the world. Machine: i7-3930k 3.2 gig 680GTX 4 gig vram 32 gig Ram. Skyrim installed on 4TB HDD I drive 3 1920x1200 displays, (only play on one) 64 bit win 7 After getting my Butt kicked a lot on crashes I've learned to run: MO Loot Tes5edit (all core files cleaned) I have the ENB patch with the d3d9 dll loaded. Papyrus log is clean, it doesnt record the CTD and its last useful entry is 2 min before crash. Its last message right at crash is 'freezing VM' Since I have a triple display system I have task manager open, I monitor my V-ram and I have a txt editor open so I can look at papyrus logs as they are written. I have all DLC Steam offers. (who doesnt at this point?) Loot log Papyrus log Mod List I was running 4k Textures as first until I figured out I was over driving the game engine. I removed them and went to 2k textures. I disabled the 'unofficial high texture pack' in favor of the Mod 'HD Textures 2k' I backed off a lot of high res textures after doing some reading. I know I have some overlapping animations but that hasnt seem'ed to be a problem so far. Please give me a kick in the rear on what I'm doing stupid or where else to look for diags. I can post any/all of the INI files. I havent done the Bashed patch yet. I'm going to start on that tonight.
