Yes Favored, how dare people ask you to make things. Truly we are an entitled species when we ask things of people, frankly I say we should nuke ourselves out of existence.

You don't know what entitlement is until you take money for a product and then see people pissed off because said product doesn't work. Also last I checked it was legally required that those that sell software, which mods are, support their product for free for 2 years, this is why games are patched for a minimum of 2 years by the way, and modders would be making so little f*#@ing money that it wouldn't be viable for them to support the mod for 2 years. Not to mention that they can't guarantee that the mod will even work with the setup that their customers have. No I'm sorry, paid mods take away the freedom of the mod makers, they stop being volunteers who can stop whenever they want and suffer minimal backlash and instead turns them into slaves working for pennies.
  3. All this does is further Steam's monopoly and line their pockets off of other people's work, not to mention it just spits on the spirit of modding. Hell if I had to pay for every single mod I've downloaded I would be homeless now. Last I checked you modded because you loved the game not because you want to get rich. How can you call EA evil for their microtransactions when you are going around charging $5 per weapon in your weapon pack?
  4. All that was sarcasm in the world demanded that I say that, sorry. To answer your question while I am not sure about using specific animations, the AI will handle their moving around, so if you want them to go somewhere specific you need to set a list of triggers that tells them to go somewhere, then the pathfinding AI will lead them there...eventually. I know the theory behind it, just not the specifics, I don't actually create mods so much as combine and edit the ones I use.
  5. Their legs, you know those dangly parts hanging from the torso.
