A plumed and visored version of the churburg S18 armet. Something like this: Here's some real-life reconstructions. The S18 is basically a corroded metal shell, but art from the time suggests that it would've looked something like this back in its hay day.

Something like chivalry where the player could configure what keys launch an oberhau, mittelhau, or thrust. It would be tough to make, I'm sure, but it could really breathe life back into the dated combat system, especially for those of us who play in first person.
