  1. Some time ago there was a mod that had giant robots set around the map, relics of the past where various people fought with them. Now just rusted old hulks to find I wanted to use it to pair with the Ridable Bots mod. Made sense to me that if there are smaller mechs to ride in(and the fun raider vehicle by m) that they could have been adapted from the bigger ones.

     

    But to my dismay I cannot remember the title and searching robot does not find it. Can anyone help?

  2. With single cigarettes and cigars not worth all that much in game, we need a way to repack them into packs and boxes. Could be crafted or it swaps out the singles for a pack when you have x amount. just an idea for something simple to improve things. I couldn't find one, but there might be a way with the workshop manufacturing stuff.

  3. Did you try to add it back through console command? or try uninstalling pip pad and make a clean save. then redownload and install.

    Saving with the mod uninstalled and reinstalling the mod again has fixed the problem, even if the save had an invisible pipboy animation. Pip pad is up and running again. Thanks!

  4. game was working fine today, then due to a need to re verify the game cache all the mods were deselected and mixed up. LOOT does not seem to help, though the only real bug is that the pipboy (i am using the pip-pad) is invisible.

  5. For some of my mods that replace things in settlements, I get an odd effect. Sometimes its an item I deleted or its from the mod, but when i pass hrough the area the item once was, everything flickers out of existence for a while until i move back into the normal area. Happened at the Red Rocket after scrapping some hedges, near the wall in the mod that makes sanctuary into a mini Megaton, and in lots of places with the Old West Sunshine co-op.

     

    any ideas how to fix this glitch?

  6. Is there a mod out there that would add some of the survival effects into regular game play? All i see around are nerfs to survival mode or tapes to alter survival to your liking. While this works i just wanted to add in eating drinking and sleeping to my game. I suppose switching up to survival with the tape is my best option currently. but i think you should have to look after your character, at least to a reasonable aspect.

     

    Always bugged me that you can run all over the commonwealth with out sleeping a wink and just using stimpacks. How would your character not go postal?

    be interesting to see how dragging cars about would be implemented. would have to make the cars worth while to scrap. Or perhaps a shoulder mounted arc welder to scrap it on the spot or scrap bits off of it like 'lootable cars'

  8. I would like to request someone come up with a suit of power armor that is not military issue. Lots of tools and storage space etc. Something a guy scrounging about the wasteland would kit out to help haul his stuff.

     

    I'm thinking like the raider power armor but with a crane hook (sentry bot legs have the parts in Automatron) or other more Tinker Tom like attachments. I haven't seen any custom power armors that that yet. but the Construction Power armor comes close.

     

    Ideas or comments? There has to be enough resources just in vanilla to scrap together.

  9. Recently i have noticed a bug. Items on tables and shelves will be sideways compared to their normal position, often clipping through tables and shelves. Teddy bears left by the devs are all facing the wrong ways. Also some times settlers will sleep on the floor under their beds laying perpendicular to the bed itself, sometimes they are on top of it and laying the wrong way.

     

    Any ideas what might be causing this?

     

    Edit: I think the odd bed bug was caused by a previouse mod "build all the beds" as they were reclining like the intitute med bed.

  10. Keynuker is the culprit. Elianora posted a fix for that :wink:

    unfortunatly the link you gave sends me to a 'file hidden' page. i tried updating with a new download but CTD'd again. fixing my load order and trying again

     

    Edit: Nope. Reinstalling the top keynuker did not work. is there another file i need? or should i just drop the mod for now?

  11. I was sent on a Concierge mission via the Railroad, to a homestead off the west side of the commenweath map. However if i get anywhere near the area its an immediate CTD. Any ideas or work around? I am almost level thirty so it might be i am unable to get there similar to far harbor locations.

     

    Any ideas why?

I have seen a few mods with island locations, but with the announcement of the new dlc contraptions, I wanted to request someone to build a puzzle island (or other location) In the vein of the Myst series. If I had any skill with the creation kit I would make it as most of the assets are in game (no idea about how to build the puzzle aspect. )

     

    Ideas or comments?

  13. Mitch, bar keep at the Last Plank, talks like a salty old sailor, but looks like an atom cat yo. Anyone up for a making a change that makes him fit his role a bit better? drop the leather jacket and get a pirate outfit, a beard etc. His voice does not match his looks at all. (Don't even get me started on how bad the recordings for Nick are...)

  14. while female super mutants are not exactly lore friendly(bodywise), we have seen two with female personalities in FNV. I wonder if the issue is in the fact that the gender specific item is not working as they are not tagged as a gender?
