  1. First, thanks for the reply. I was referring to the vanilla characters and "quests". Yes, I have completed all required tasks/quests and have passed all speech checks and met all the linear conditions, as stated in walk-throughs of each characters quest. Yea, I checked those to make sure I didn't miss anything. I'm referring to when I get to the point that each of the mentioned characters, Red Lucy and Joana have invited me into their room and offered to "lay down with me", wherein they wear the skimpy/sexy lingerie and lie down on the respective bed...then, I'm just supposed to "activate" (click on) the bed and the scene should, by all accounts, fade to black. The specific problem is, when I click on the bed...nothing happens, just the "clicking sound", but no activation. If I then click on either woman/character..they both respond with "lay down with me", just as before, thus the "sequence" seems to stall, hang or loop, without any conclusion. So I'm wondering if this is a bug that never got fixed. I'm not running any mods that change either of the characters, except for NVR3 (New Vegas Redesigned" and there is no mention in comments of such problems because NVR3 doesn't alter scrips, it is just textures enhancements. to the best of my knowledge. I've checked a few FNV wiki sites, mostly like Fandom and the general wiki, as well as Forums on the Nexus with no luck. I'll check the sites you mentioned and thank you for your reply, input and suggestions..links.
  2. Hi all, I searched the forum for answers, to no avail, ( also..a LOT of topics). I cannot "activate" the bed in either Red Lucy or Joana "lay down with me" scenarios. Is this an inherent bug? How do I fix /by pass this? I tried.."activate" the bed, in console, only to get a "how long do you want to sleep" menu, and it doesn't fix the issue/bug. Any help or advise is appreciated.
  3. Was browsing how to take screen shots and came across this. I know it is probably common knowledge now and that this is a "necro post", but it should be updated to acknowledge that the GOG version is a known "legitimate" copy/version now as well. Some people don't really like steam, me for one, and I purchase official..legitimate copies elsewhere when I can. BTW, no one should be contributing to piracy via use of pirated copies, just to save a buck or two!
  4. In response to post #31699195. #31709590 is also a reply to the same post. I second this, entirely. Well said.
  5. In response to post #31660700. Maybe a dumb question, but I presume any of us, "I", could go there and check it out? If so, Great info. Edit; I went to the site, as recommended, did a check and so far, I'm good. Thanks for the tip. BTW, I got my answer, ;)
  6. Thanks for all the info and I appreciate your and the entire teams response. So, I just changed my password and renewed my membership while I was there. I'm in the same boat as others here, in regards to no Cell phone, Smart or otherwise, so that means of authentication would definitely pose problems for me as well. Also, I don't care for nor use Chrome. I know there is a lot for you and the team to consider and I have absolute faith and confidence in your ability to find the best solutions for the problems that this presents, you have demonstrated that in years past. I have the utmost Respect for You and the Staff and whatever you determine to be the best course of action or means to address these issues, I will, of course, support you in that decision. Thanks again for your Immediate response and candor in dealing with this. Thanks also for having the BEST site to get MODS, and more. Best Wishes, James
  7. Wow ! Lots of work going on by the Nexus Team. It has been interesting to watch the Nexus "Evolve" over the years. The (Your) pursuit of the Best Functioning and Diverse site for Mods is really showing and paying off. I would like to Thank the entire Nexus Team, Past and Present, for all of your' Hard Work, Time and Dedication that goes into providing a (this) site for Modders to Display/Offer their Hard Work and for users, like me, to access them and Enjoy. You have Created a Fantastic Community herein, IMO. I always enjoy coming to this site and usually wind up spending a few hours here just checking stuff out. It's always fun, interesting and informative. "Shopping" for Mods is fun in itself. :) My Thanks to the Modders, one and All. I have gotten anywhere from a few hours to Days/Months of extended and more Satisfying, Rich and Immersive gameplay due/from to this Site alone. For all of those reasons and a few more, I will continue to support this site as long as I can. Thanks Again, to you all !! Respects, Lokie7
  8. This sounds very exciting, with all kinds of possibilities. I'm just about done with my new PC Build and look forward to downloading and trying this out. I won't DL it until I'm ready to use it so you have a more accurate count for the DL/Help ratio mentioned in the article/post. ( I read the entire post) ;). This is a Really great concept. Thanks for all the hard work you all do to make OUR "Mod" lives easier. On that subject, thanks for the "Backup"( for restoring previous version et. al.) feature that you included as well.
