I'm getting the same, upon accepting a particular quest from the Jarl of Morthal in High Moon Hall and then exiting back into the Tamriel worldspace which funnily enough, contains a ghost in the same (or neighbouring) cell. What are the consequences of disabling the SkyRe level scaling esp then re-enabling later? Will it wreck my save?

Are you running CK's Improved Windhelm by any chance?

Are there any mods that make it so spells cannot be cast until the player has taken the appropriate perk? For instance, to cast Expert level Conjuration spells, the player needs the Expert conjuration perk.

Is there a mod that adds more village/city animals (chickens, goats etc) which ISN'T "More Village Animals"? As I have issues with this mod.

Need to add frost atronach to the creatures list, and 'dragon priest'. Both in the second part of the G4TV demo.
