I'm currently having the same problem and it seems like no one has figured out how to fix it. I even tried the EnablePlayerControls command in the console.

I play as a male character even though male characters have no mods for them at all. -
So this mod isn't loading because it goes off of the MORROWIND.ESM instead of Morrowind.esm. How does that even make sense. Keeps saying it can't find the master file since it goes off of the all caps esm. Any way to fix this?
