Yes I loot a corpse and a massive chunk of the dungeon just despawns/ never spawns

So I have been trying to set up a brutal feeling Skyrim minus all the needy mods like food however something has derped my dungeons out. It happened once in Bleak Falls but didnt keep happening however now in Dust Man's Cairn i'm faced with the issue again and this time it won't go away. At first I suspected it had to do with Thematic loot and Skyrim Coin replacer alongside some SkyRe stuff however after moving around their order, turning things on and off and trying to go through Dust Man's twenty or so times the issue persists. Bellow is my current load order. I can not for the life of me get two things to work as intended. 1. If I make a esp that has a NPC that uses a hair mod all the hairs from that mod will duplicate when I am creating a player character at the start of a game. How do I get this to stop happening? 2. I can't get any NPC that comes with the game (Vanilla or DLC) to use custom eyes. I'll set them to use it in the CK but ingame they are the default eyes which are amber. These two issues keep me from attempting to make any follower or NPC mod that uses custom assets.

I have found the script. DLC2Pillarbuilderactorscript Now how do I attach that to a spell?

So for the purpose of roleplay I was wondering what script causes NPCs to do the Miraak Shrine event where they are being mind controlled. Does anyone know which one it is?
