With what do you run oblivion? How well does that work?

Laptop here: Processor: AMD Athlon X2 Dual-Core QL-60, 1900 MHz RAM: 2gb VideoCard: NVIDIA GeForce 9100M G I can play with everything maxed out but the heat really reaches records, so I try to keep everything on medium. I'm planning to buy a real PC soon.
