You are right, I was frustrated at the time. It's easy to vent at these times for me. Edit: That said Showler, i'm noticing you haven't helped at all in this topic other than calling out ppl who are frustrated with the new vortex change. I DID start by showing my current problem followed by a mild vent. -

What specifically did you download of of https://dotnet.microsoft.com/en-us/download/dotnet/6.0? There's a LOT of things to download there! Also I tried the https://modding.wiki/en/vortex/users/dotnet guide but I keep getting this error in the cmd thing "c:\Program Files: Access is denied. Successfully processed 0 files; Failed processing 1 files". What am i doing wrong? Why did the creators of vortex do this to us? Why aren't they creating a solution for us instead of giving us the middle finger? -
It's been years i like to think since the great zoidberg mod was put under moderation review. Given the time, does it look like it's never going to be released from that? Not sure why it's even that way unless it's considered by nexus to be copyright infringement. Anybody have any information on this that can give me hope?

I'd like a mod that allows the ENTIRE body of the enemy to be vaporized after hitting them in the head with either a laser or plasma even if the head got dislodged from the body as it so often does. I'm tired of headless bodies that should've been obliterated with the head.

Not seeing bloody mess perk working

I've done some further testing and found that fook is getting in the way of it. In the beginning it's fine, but at some point i'm not seeing the bloody mess effect on the character effects list. If i uninstall fook it comes back. What i'd like is a console command that could force the bloody mess effect onto my effects list, but i'm not seeing one. -
At first the perk was working fine and targets limbs were exploding when i hit the head and such after a critical hit, but now i'm noticing that it's no longer doing anything. I removed all my mods to see if it would still work and it's still not functioning. Another attempt i tried was removing the perk, then adding it again and still nothing. Not sure what to do. Can't start quest "Those!"

I used an earliar save and everything is working fine. When i loaded it, there apparently was content i wasn't using anymore, not sure what it was. I think i'll just have to deal with not doing the quest normally at least this time through but thank you for the advice. I Just wish there was a way around this with my current playthrough. -

I'm trying to start the quest for "Those!" but the kid bryan wilks when he runs up to me and force starts a dialoge just says "what is it lady?" and the only options in his dialoge is: "what happened here" and "Mind if I ask about some of the people who lived here?". I'm not seeing any way to start the quest because of this, Ive tried force-starting the quest and reseting the kid, but neither are working properly to make this work naturally.

I think i may have fixed it: Before i resorted to deleting the point lookout content i saved then unchecked point lookout, then saved again and played and it looks like it's working. Also M48A5 was right and i forgot to talk to the npc for point lookout who was relocated to rivet city.

I went to the place where the point lookout quest starts with the boat and i saw nothing, just the mirelurks around the dock as it the content wasn't loaded. So i undid the fook dlc stuff in my load order and when i reloaded the game, i saw only fragments of the boat with that guy that takes you there leaning on the door only the npc i saw wasnt him, it was just a random naked male npc. I feel like much of point lookouts content was not loaded or something. I got rid of all my mods but i still see this same error. Also if i try force starting the point lookout quest line with fook, i keep getting this endless refurbish error that never goes away so i have to reload a previous save. Should i delete my point lookout content and redownload it if that's possible?

I'm at the end of the listening post and it will not end. I killed the 2 dragoons and nothing happens. I tried the console command to complete all objectives and i still didnt get ported back to base for the next missions. Is there any solution to this?

Playing goty and anchorage is way too hard

Maybe it was a patch or something that did it. Back in the day on the xbox, this was easy and when i switched to the pc, same thing but now it's extremely hard. -
When i first was playing fo3 years ago i would immediately do anchorage to get easy gear for the beginning. Even on very hard anchorage was a cakewalk. Now im playing it on very easy and it still is an extreme pain. The npc's in it are way tougher than the npcs in the rest of the game. I'm playing the game with fook and mmm but i feel this is a goty-related issue like they made anchorage way tougher now. Also i'm not seeing experience from npcs that high anymore, weaker enemies give 7 exp on very hard where in the past, they gave like 25 exp i think. Anyway is anyone else noticing this with the game?

I'm looking for a mod that gets the dragons to make you their priority target and not just fly around attacking everything they see, fighting dragons in dawnstar is a nightmare. I think that enhanced mighty dragons mod does that but i only want the dragons attacking the dragonborn part, nothing else.
