This game needs more joker cards! (but only where you unlock them via certain requirements, so you feel a sense of progression/accomplishment)

It would be nice if we could swap out our main pawn with another one that we made.
In the Character Creator, we are able to make several main pawns, but we can only select one of them in-game. It would be nice to be able to swap it out with the other ones we made, so that if we decide to, we can one of our alternate ones instead.
Given a main pawn
When I swap my main pawn with another that I made
Then my main pawn is dismissed
And my other one is summoned
Given I swap my main pawn with my alternate pawn
When I am online in-game
Then my alternate pawn (my now current main pawn) becomes available for others as well
Ideally, this would be done in-game, but if that is not possible, then externally would be fine (like a save manager - to swap out the main pawn data with our other one)

If this is possible, someone needs to make it so! Even if player 2 has limited functionality to make it feasible. It would be fantastic to have local (ideally online) co op. I know this is an extremely hard task, but man would it be worth it. Thank you.

Issue 1:
I am trying to set a hotkey button to activate bulletTime, but it seems to be stuck on this setting:

I tried to set the hotkey to LB on my xbox one controller.
Issue 2: I had to enter this command to get the aid items:
cqf slowtimequest giveitems
Issue 3:
RB does not activate the strong melee attack (even though the control settings are set as default)
LB seems to somewhat work, as after I tried to set the hotkey to LB it now makes a click noise in game when I press LB.

How do you methodically test for game stability after each mod you add to the list? I don't know how or where I would do this, as I thought you should have a new save, and some mods don't come into effect until a certain amount of in-game days.
I'd rather not add a bunch of mods, go in blind, and hope for the best. Debugging this way would be a nightmare. Thank you.

Issue: I want to use the mod Live Dismemberment, but settlers can be dismembered. I want to prevent this by giving settlers the Adamantium Skeleton perk: This makes them unable to be crippled, making them unable to lose their limbs.
Does anyone know where to add values to accomplish this? I am new to F04Edit, and I'm having trouble finding which actors to modify. Thank you!

Anyone know how to fix an issue where Skyrim won't open? (I can click play in steam and it launches the "pre-game menu," but if I select play in that menu, it makes my computer sound like it is loading, but then nothing opens..

I removed the file from MO, but it still won't open SKSE...
Edit: I removed SKSE and reinstalled, but SKSE still won't open..

1) I unziped the file:
2) renamed that file to ControlMap_Custom.txt
3) re-archived the folders containing the file
4) installed manually "install a mod from an archive" (ie. the button at the top left of MO)
5) Now SKSE won't even open...
6) I tried unchecking the mod in the left list, and even made sure to run as administrator, and even restarted my computer, but nothing... Now I can't even open SKSE....

Does anyone know how to set this mod up? It is not working for me:
I currently have the controllermap.txt file placed in the data folder (E:\Steam\steamapps\common\skyrim\data)
I also have deleted the ControlMap_Custom.txt in the Skyrim main directory (E:\Steam\steamapps\common\skyrim), but the LB + directional pads are not working...

Does anyone know what the skyrim.ini or skyrimprefs.ini parameter which affects the main character opacity when the model is close to the camera in 3rd person? Thank you.
I am basically trying to prevent the character from becoming transparent when the camera is close.

How do you know what to choose between reproc and skyproc?

1) I'm not sure what the reproccer is/where to get or run it.
2) Does UFO and CCO conflict with each other? (If I removed Violens)
3) I don't have FNIS (also how do you run it?)
4) When do you use wyre bash? (Do you run it after adding mods?) What if I ran it, but then added more mods, would you delete the old bash, and make a new one?
5) Do you know of any great tutorials for all of this?

To figure out what mods didn't work I started with no mods, and then added 10 at a time. When it crashed to desktop I removed the last 10, and then added them 1 at a time. I eventually added the rest of the mods without any crash to desktops.
The Issues:
1)I am able to use Alternate Start and I can teleport inside a tavern, but the moment I step outside I get stuck at a loading screen. (I tried to coc to Whiterun, but I get stuck at a loading screen)
2) Without the Alternative Start mod, the horses at the vanilla intro flip around like crazy.

I carry a set of apparel for charisma, and a set for combat, but switching between the two and equipping all the gear for combat is tedious. It would be great to auto-equip my gear via a hotkey menu, and to be able to customize what gear you want in a set. Thank you.

My request:
A) Non-lethal enemy "death" (instead of killing enemies, they instead become unconscious)
One issue: limb gore (exploding limbs)
Solution:
Retain the same chance of causing loss of limbs (keeping instant K.O.'s intact), but disable gore (limbs exploding)
Ghouls would be the exception
