Quests Old Guns is broken for most users including me!!! D: I can not re-active the transmitter. I tried everything: scrapping the power generators, using the minute men on the mortar, throwing smoke nades, reloaded by going through a door or fast traveling, using different power generators, made sure I actually have sufficient power.
