  1. The site is loking really good. Nice layout and a little more oginized. Great work all.
  2. If Bethesda wins this case, I assure you that I will never buy another Bethesda/Zenimax game again. On a side note, if Bethesda actually decides to go through with this, they should change thier names first, as "Bethesda" was a "a pool in Biblical Jerusalem, believed to have healing powers. John 5:2–4." Isn't it a little arrogant to name your company after a Biblical term and then try and hoard your ideas/names? Isn't God all about sharing and caring after all? Oops, I hope the maker of "Sharing and Caring" doesn't sue me now since I used the phrase a public post. :P
  3. I may very well be flamed for this post, but nonetheless...here it is. I can't for the life of me figure out why moders insist in posting alpha-stage mods up on the site for download. Even more so, most often than not, they aren't even usable as they are missing key necessities like meshes, or scripting, or some other part that is needed just to be able to test the mod. I myself am not a moder. I create music. When I see these alpha mods being released, it would be like me putting up an unfinished song for download with only a baseline and a rhythm and then releasing it and asking for people's opinions of what they think. Really?...What do I think? I think it's not even a beta. It wouldn't even be worth listening to. I think it sucks...that's what I think. Personally, I have a little more pride in my work and myself than that. All releasing and unfinished alpha as opposed an alpha that is at least testable does, is knock files down lower on the list that are actually usable where the creators and authors took the time to give something that is feasible. Even once these mods are finished, there's a good chance I won't download them. I figure that if the authors didn't have enough pride to upload something that is at least workable, albeit maybe a little buggy, then the finished product probably is going to be a pile anyway. Have a little pride and stop pushing beta and finished mods down the list because you can't exercises a little creative maturity. Cheers.
  4. If there are already mods out there for what I am envisioning, I apologize. Here are 2 mods I would love to see Randome events, for instance. You're walking around a town or out in the wasteland and someone close by sees you and runs up and says, "Hey you, could you please help? My dad/friend/brother/whatever is being attacked by raiders, will you come help?" So you follow them a whatever distance to a pack of raiders beating down someone and frag the badguys. Maybe along with this, thee could be a fame/infamy mod whee people (all NPCs) in the game react differently to you. Maybe like the woman that runs up to you in Megaton. Maybe the events could be someone asking for food or medical supplies. Or maybe asked to heal someone, etc.. NPC Task Agents/Jobs is another mod I woulod like to see. NPCs or agents that hand out jobs. Such as, "I have a client that wants a case of 10mm handguns. Bring 12 of them to me and I'll pay you for your efforts. Or maybe contracts for named raiders (random so that you never run out of jobs). Things like this. Or maybe rescue requests, destroy such and such compund request, etc... Anyway. I again apologize if there are already mods out there like this.
