I am using Skyrim SE latest patch and all of the sudden I noticed all my containers are marked as not mine on 2 sperate houses (Whiterun and Windhelm) and all the items I put inside one container already show as "steal" in red. I think something is f***ed with my factions the only mod I can think that might modify them is Better Vampires which I am currently using. Sort of reloading or not using Better Vampires any ideas on how to "reset" my factions so my stuff belongs to me? EDIT: Another side effect I just noticed everything on any NPC house belongs to me and I can sleep on anybody's bed

I am unable to open the 0.46.0 installer, already tried to redownload several times as well as run the installer in compatibility more (I'm on Vista x64 SP2) Any ideas as to what might be blocking the installer?
