would it be because im running dx11? that its not compatible with it?

tried that, didnt work, ive put it in the root and data, both with and without the "extras" folder that it comes in, ive tried doing the same thing in the MyGames>Oblvion folder and still nothing no matter what i try, it just oesnt want to work

the d3dx9_43.dll file is in a folder called "extras" and the readme says just to put it in the oblivion/data folder, which is where i put it and it wont work, ive tryed copying the file out of the extras file and puttin it in the data file and still nothin so i duno edit: ive tryed putting the file/folder in the system/system32 folders and still nothin

ive installed OBGE manually, and everything is in there correct folder as the readme says, but when i go to open oblivion up, i get a error saying: "The program can't start because d3dx9_43.dll is missing" but it is there, ive got obse 20, and installed it correctly, but it doesnt want to work any help?

would anyone know where i could fine some seamless moonshadow elf textures?

uhhh so wat exactly do i need to do to make em add in?

im having some trouble adding hairs to diffrent races in construction set, at the moment im tryin to add rens and corean hairs to moonshadow elfs, i know how to add them in, but when i do it, they havnt been added in game heres what i do: load moonshadowelfs.esp and set as active along with corean/ren hair esp's, open up race and hairs menu's, copy the hairs i want across, save the moonshadow esp, start up oblivion, go to change hair and they're not there it was working fine on my old computer, but now it doesnt seem to work on my new one, any help?

Would someone be able to change the black eye shadow colour on the moonshadow elves from black to a blend of purple and blue for me? i got no idea how to do it lol

The one on the left is Hentai's Demonis armour. There isn't a standalone version of it, and I can't remember which mod it comes in, but that's the name of it. It IS available here on Nexus somewhere which can be found in Geechan's New Hentai Compilation. The outfit on the right is Tona's Simple Dress Armor, which is available in Tona's Mod Store (I think the shorts from Airy Lily, also in Tona's Mod Store, have been added underneath). thanks heaps :D
