I'm in winterhold. It happened in The Frozen Hearth

So, I downloaded a few mods and whenever i entered the game, my character would fly off in one direction going through everything. I couldn't move him and killing him didn't even make him move. What happened and how can i stop it? PS: I tried using the TCL command but it did nothing.
