I've always been a fan of the American soldiers(operation anchorage fallout 3) maybe have them as the faction. I like the bunker idea be cool to be able to have a real HQ. Patrols would also be cool. Theses are just some ideas I've thought of while playing the game

ive been looking endlessly now for a mod which allows the player to mak and grow his own faction. You could have your own soldiers patroling the wastes and expand ur influence into towns.(kinda like the ncr). depending on how u ruled towns might resist u or accept you. I have brifley tried to mod previously with no success and dont even know if a mod like this would be possible
