I activated a bunch of the ones I know won't interfere because of me using them in New Vegas, so I suppose after that I'll turn them back on one-by-one. Thank you.

Yeah, this is going from level 3 to 4, I'm in the midst of doing the Minefield quest for Moira.

I just updated to the new one and ordered it the same way again, using both the installer version, then the NMM version. No dice with either, sadly.

I'll change the order and edit this post when I try it, also it was the .ini in C:\Users\*****\Documents\My Games\Fallout3 that I edited, but I did that after I started getting the glitch in the first place. *edit I have reordered the DLCs and the patch as specified, and it is the most recent version of the patch. It froze the same exact way.

I've been playing a lot of New Vegas lately and it made me nostalgic for Fallout 3, so I decided to get into it again. The problem is that the game runs smooth as butter until I level up where it hard freezes immediately after I select a perk and hit enter. I was told to install the Unofficial Fallout 3 Patch which I did to no avail. I also opened the .ini and made it run on 2 cores, also to no avail. As you'll be able to see from my load order I've tried a bunch of things to help fix it. Can anyone help me? *edit I've tried disabling Anchorage, also didn't work.
