  1. Just want to chime in with another, "The Nexus and Dark0ne rock" post. Honestly, if commercial software companies put in as much hard work as you guys here, then we'd all be sitting here in virtual reality gear. Really, though, a Petabyte...that's nutty, good luck! (goes and clicks on an ad)
  2. One day, this thread will die, but until then, the legal brainiacs at Zenimax sure have given me a laugh. It's not gonna fly, especially if the defendant's attorney caught wind of another post about "Bethesda internally...." and made a very smart disclosure request, and a judge with common sense went..."Oh really now." What would, imo, solve oh say 80% of the frivolous lawsuits foisted on the legal system, criminal and civil would be to implement "loser pays", then this kind of extortion (my wallet is bigger than yours) would go poof. Hmm, darn, that'll never happen, because lawyers need cases (or non-cases like this one) to be paid their percentage.
  3. Lol, oh, and don't forget "The Dead Sea Scrolls", we're all doomed heretics :P
  4. Hmm, did a bit of Trademark investigation for personal use a couple of years ago myself. Not an expert by far, and I'm unsure how Swedish trademark law might differ from the US Trademark law, but, that said, I'm pretty sure the US and Sweden have a treaty that keeps them on fairly even ground, and you sure as all "heck" couldn't trademark merely the word "Scrolls" in the US. The Elder Scrolls, yes, just Scrolls....you'd have to have some further involvement there, like a fancy font that only you use with Scrolls, and then, only the two combined (or something that looked amazingly similar) would be able to be trademarked.
