Havoc is turned on they show up in game for about 2 tests then they magicly disapear this means they arent there anymore but they do still show up in the G.E.C.K. Any suggestions on what my problem is here?

Also the quest marker isnt showing to the specified item why is this?

Apparently I was scripting my items right, but vista made it hell for the program to read it, I had to re-load the plugin.....Anyways here is a quick question I want the note I have made to trigger the quest after im done reading it how do I do this???
