  1. DANN'YS DEVIATIONS http://r24.cooltext.com/rendered/cooltext589640247.png - a new mod series for Skyrim - After my decision to not undergo my planned mod 'The Nord Wars of Independence", I decided to make a totally different mod series, a mod series that will house literally around a hundred mods. This series is going to change anything I don't like about the game, whether it be a NPC's look, or a house's layout. I'll change it. Most of the mod's under this name will be in packs; e.g. a NPC face pack and things like that. Instead of releasing thousands of mods, one for each NPC. Obviously, I can't start with any at the moment because Bethesda haven't released the Creation Kit, so I'm just gonna have to start with the planning of what I'm gonna alter. Below you can find a list of things that I'm gonna change; Nord Hair - I was under the impression, that seeing as Nord's are in some form Scandanavian that they'd generally have blond hair. I was proved wrong, and I'm gonna be changing that.NPC Builds - I don't like how quite a lot of NPC's in the game have the same build, I prefer variation when it comes to things like that. So, I'm gonna alter the builds of each character indivudally. This part will be released in packs for each area / race.Got a suggestion for a mod to be added to the Danny's Deviations list? Just post it, and I'll consider it! If you don't like my ideas with mods, tough. I use modding as an expression of my opinion, and I don't really care if you think my ideas are stupid. I don't mod for others, I mod so I can get satisfaction out of my work, and so that I can enjoy the game more. So, if you don't like my opinions; keep yours to yourself, I ain't forcing you to download my mods.
  2. It's always been like that. You need to make the "meshes" "textures" and "sounds" folders. It's not difficult? :)
  3. The mod has been cancelled. I'm now working on a totally different series of mods which I shall announce shortly,
  4. I wont try and help if your gonna be like that then. People these days. >.> I dont know anywa:y. Didn't mean to be sharp. My apologies. The problem is pretty straightforward: I launch the game, it flickers to full screen, switch aero off, flicker back to desktop and gives me the error message this application has stopped running. I'm not sure. :/ Try running in compatibilty mode? Tried that AND running it as admin, still crashes, is there any required software to run it? Nope, there isn't. D:

  7. YES I KNOW THE TITLE IS SPELT WRONG. >.> TES V PROLOGUE This is a fan made game, don't expect anything epic! :D This game doesn't have HD Graphics (or even slightly good graphics for that matter, a large amount of items, a large amount of monsters, a lot of content, and an in-depth storyline. No, it has none of that. It's a simple game I whisked up in 3-4 hours last night, whilst I was listening to Skyrim and Oblivions theme music. It's a very, very, very simple game, but I wanted to release the first version before Skyrim came! ^^ The game pretty much contains 17 levels, of mini-puzzles, enemies and health packs. You just need to get through the maps and reach the end. The game uses; Footstep Sound effects from Oblivion, the Oblivion parchment, textures from CG Textures, and audio tracks from Kevin McLoed (Mixed together by myself). If you like the game, then give me Kudos, and post about it! :) If you don't well, say, but remember and not be too critical, it's not a proffesional game, and it's a game that looks like it's from 1990. DOWNLOAD LINKS! AdFly (use this to earn me a little bit of money, think of it as donating... without donating? ^^) : will be up soon.. Direct Link (if your too selfish, or paranoid about using AdFly!) : My link - http://www.megaupload.com/?d=ZRW9BXF4 Download the installer, and let it work away! (It should add a link to your desktop, if it doesn't go to: programmefiles > danielj97 > games > prologue and the .exe will be there ! Noted Bugs / To Do List Make GUI looks better, Replace gun sound effects with sword swining ones...
  8. *bump* That's the castle totally done. :D
  9. Yeah, found that out the other day. I suppose I have no choice but to disable the main questline, and make this the new one. Meh, I'm still making it, no matter what. :D
  10. We have two voice actors now on the team. D: Mark Sutcliffe Christophere Sutcliffe Both will be voicing multiple male characters.
  11. I'm bored, and in a Skyrim hype after just pre-ordering it. Here goes; Nouvea was a good natured, kind Imperial from Cyrodill. He was a Lord, and owned a large estate in the Colovian Highlands. One day, whilst he was watching his workers plow the fields, his estate was attacked by bandits. His workers ran, and left him, and his guards to defend the house. The bandit's charged towards the defenders like bloodthirsty wolves, leaping at them, and snarling between gritted teeth. Nouvea managed to fight of the bandits, and saved his family. The workers slowly returned to the estate a day later, only to be beaten and dragged into the basement by an angry Nouvea. He locked all of the workers that had ran and returned inside, giving them the dogs scraps to fight for. He kept them there for weeks, until a legion unit turned up at the door. They'd heard a rumour that a necromancer lived in the area, and had been ordered to search every nook and cranny, of every house. They discovered the locked in workers, but before they could apprahend Nouvea he had ran. He took his fourteen year old son, Lecutal with him, and fled towards Skyrim. They were persued day after day, by determined legion riders. Lecutal tried to break free, and run back to the estate and see his mother many a time, but Nouvea never let him. He loved his son, even though his son hated him. They reached the Skyrim Border, and ran towards a village, who's smoke towered in a puffy column high in the air. Before they reached the vilage however, the Legion Riders caught up, shooting Nouvea down with a powerful arrow shot. He screamed as he fell to the ground, and his eyes went blank. Lecutal tried to shout to the riders before they grabbed him, but they ignored him. Knocking him to the floor with a powerful blow to the head with the hilt of their swords. He has been locked in a Prison Cell for six years since then. Now at the age of twenty, he will be free. And he will prove himself a hero.
