Hello, I know it's been almost two years now, but I have found a solution, as I had the same issues recently. I was fighting with a one handed weapon and a huge paralysis blast/explosion occured, and I am on the ground for 10 seconds. I realised that I was using a Silver Sword, whilst I had Werewolf blood in me (I didn't even know that those who have the Werewolf blood couldn't use a Silver Sword). So I removed the sword, tried another one handed weapon and nothing of the issue had happened since.
