So trying to get this perk with the More Perks mod but its greyed out even when I meet the lvl requirements and I haven't gotten any companions. Any ideas?

Anyone else notice that npcs like sunny smiles, boone, and others have really white faces now? Like their bodies are correct color but their face and neck are super white and pale. Anyone else seeing this and if so what mod is causing this?

Does anyone happen to know which mod changes the service rifle into Hank's Service rifle? It has a bayonet on it and it looks great but the stats in game are very low and it seems to be bugged as far as firing. In vats it doesn't fire at all, just goes through the animation over and over and over while the npc eats me in slow mo. I have been trying to figure out which mod uses it so I can get rid of it. Any help would be helpful. Thanks!

Anyone happen to know the exact code line I would type into the console to remove and add a perk? For example Swift Learner? I have tried using the wiki info on console commands for fallout new vegas but I can't seem to get it to work. Any help would be appreciated.

QQ can't play without updated NVSE....what did the patch update anyway? Anything useful?

Thanks for the info. I tend to shy away from Jury Rigging as its to easy to destroy a unique weapon but I may have to get it just for the armor and helm as I don't plan on going around killing vet rangers.

Anyone happen to know if you can repair the NCR Range Combat Armor and Helmet with anything but copies of itself? Thanks.
