I don't mod but I think this is a cool idea and definitely a mod I would have snatched up if I saw it. Maybe integrate some sort of detrimental "bonuses" to the game to combat the rested/well rested perks. So you level at half xp(or at least a fraction) after a sleepless night, or if you get vanquished in the dream world. Definitely going to follow this. I'd love to see this become a mod.

Hello community, In some of the cities in Skyrim like Windhelm and Solitude, I cannot help but notice that the seagulls are inordinately loud and obnoxious. They play on a very loud loop.and drown everything else out. I have to turn the effects down to almost off in order to quiet them. Is there anyone here who would be willing to take the time to silence or drastically quiet them, in mod form? I play on PC and PS4 but I was hoping for this to be primarily for the PC. I would be eternally grateful.
