Azreal is right. I restored the DLC files update.esm, hearthfire.esm, dragonborn.esm, dawnguard.esm. So don't tessedit the DLC files unless you want to crash in certain areas. It fixed my ctd. didn't even have to fresh restart. Actually, this method fixed all my ctds that I have had before. I know I'm late but I'm happy with the results.
