We have all seen this version number problem in NMM, where the mod name, version and latest version name cause conflicts. It seems to me, and I know nothing about these things, that the problem stems from the naming of the mod, and not the difference between the version and latest version numbers. If the mod authors would release their mod to either include all the new updates together with the original mod, or name the additional features addin to something different, so as to allow NMM to treat the extra addin mod, as a separate mod. Yes, I know it's being picky about having yellow ! hanging unattended, but when you load NMM and see them, you get a little high because NEW STUFF, and then it's just meh! Not good, I think. Just saying.
